– Comprehensive Knowledge base – updated daily with new articles and relevant information about your Ubertor website (click here for support)
– Live Chat – the addition of our live chat has been a huge success. All you have to do is click the “Live Help” button to chat directly to one of our customer service reps. (click here for support)
– Submit a Case – If the live chat option is unavailable you have the option to submit a case directly to our customer service team. (click here for support)
You will also notice the Live Chat feature on your Ubertor login screen, inside your control panel and many other places on our systems.
