		<description>The creation of an individual web page for feature listings does not necessarily guarantee any additional exposure.  In addition, unless the property truly deserves its own web page, the agent's time may be better served finding other ways to garner exposure.  Personally I like the ubertor approach of assigning the listing number after a static URL.
