- Why do Realtors not post multiple photos?
- Why does the property description not make any sense?
- Where is the property compared to my parents house? my brothers?
- Can the basement be a suite?
- What is the property size?
- Is there an alley?
- Can I make money from the assets of the home?
- Is it livable?
- Is it on a main road?

These are some questions that I ask myself when looking for a home.

Do you answer them in your listing? If you don’t do you think people will contact you….. think again… I just move on. What do other people do?

The Real Estate Council of British Columbia has a website (as I’m sure all real estate councils do) that showcases all of the disciplinary decisions since 2004.

Imagine what would happen if you Google’d your name and one of these disciplinary decisions showed up? Would you take your search engine optimization more seriously? Would pay attention to this type of stuff?

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I’m sure the Real Estate Council of British Columbia will adjust their website at some point…. What will you do? Will you be ready? Paying attention to it?

The video interview that Reachd did with Google’s Matt Cutts has just hit the 10,000 views mark on YouTubes tracking system. Not bad exposure for Reachd. Are you thinking about shooting some video? Doing some video interviews?

I stopped by a community event in Kerrisdale today. For those that don’t know, Kerrisdale is an affluent area within Vancouver that is hard to find a livable home under 1 million dollars (CDN or USD). My big question is - where are the Realtors?

With a few thousand people on a single street, all within walking distance home owners or potential home owners - you would think Realtors would be all over the place. Instead, there were Kerrisdale businesses and charities on the street showcasing their brands and products. Why are there no Realtors visible? Where are the real estate companies? I thought about this during my visit to Kerrisdale, so I took my dog and wondered around as I thought maybe I had not seen them yet…..

I did see Daniel Lavery’s baseball team - which was great. He is a sponsor of a little league team in Kerrisdale and his team was in the Kerrisdale Day Parade holding his sign. Great Work!

A few Sutton balloons were seen, but I did not see where they were handing them out.

In my opinion, this is an excellent venue for real estate involvement. Where are the real estate companies? Why do you not have a big tent? a ride for kids? a visible presence?

Mike Blaney has created a list of 59 websites that provide stock photos.

Now when you upload photos to your listings in your Ubertor website, you don’t have to manually move each photo to its desired position. You can now drag the photo in the position you want. Check out this video for more details:
