To call yourself a Realtor, you must be a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and abide by their code of ethics. I'm not sure how many real estate agents in Canada are NOT members of CREA but I imagine the ratio is quite low. I think the change to Realtor.ca will be positive for Realtors. If you e-mail me, I'd be happy to send you some more information on why they are upgrading. Also, is Ubertor ready for the change? There will need to be some tweaking done so that anyone linking to mls.ca for property searches within their own website can still provide that service (although mls.ca will be forwarding automatically to realtor.ca) Thanks!
