Brenda Balogh, a Yaletown Notary Public has updated the look and feel of her Ubertor website with the help of the team at SplitMango.com. This is a fantastic example of how notary publics and mortgage brokers can use the Ubertor Light $9.99 plan to create a great custom website for their businesses.

Last week we added the functionality to the Ubertor Realtor Website System that gives real estate agents the ability to change the currency of their listings. Many of our clients took advantage of this new feature but some of our North America clients carry listings in other countries and wanted to be able to have listings in multiple currencies. Now, within the Ubertor Website System agents can have listings showcased in different currencies.

A while ago we created a landing page tool that gives Ubertor clients the ability to create landing pages.

Today I received a direct message through Twitter from Jeremy Linder who is a real estate agent in Gearhart, Oregon. He sent me the link to his landing page for review and I figured I would post it here.

The idea behind the landing page tool is for use within Google Adwords, advertisements for a specific product or service or testing different marketing angles. In this case, Jeremy is using the landing page tool to collect contact information of people interested in foreclosure and REO homes for sale in Clatsop County, Oregon.

You will notice on Jeremy’s page that he has removed the banner and navigation from the page – the idea being to not distract the webpage visitor from the contact form.

Last night we released a feature that will allow custom forms to be made for your Ubertor website. Lots of commercial and niche Realtor clients have been asking about this functionality and now it is a reality. Have a custom form that you want added to your website? The team at KuniDesign.com added a custom form almost immediately to the website that they built in concert with Ubertor for the people of the Philippines. On the homepage of www.helpondoy.com you will see a custom form at the bottom that is specifically built for the needs of that website.

And the designers at SplitMango.com wrote a blog post about the new Ubertor feature with an example of how it can be used within a widget on any page within an Ubertor website.

Now within the settings of your Ubertor website you can change the currency that your listings show up in. This is a fantastic addition to the system and is a welcome feature to our overseas clients.

Gary Vaynerchuk is a fantastic example of a business owner utilizing new technologies and embracing transparency to not only grow his business but help other business owners with their businesses. With the launch of his new book “Crush It!” I thought I would recap some of our interactions with Gary Vaynerchuk. He is a fantastic individual.

- I had the honor meeting Gary down in Seattle in June 2008 when he agreed to attend a Reachd training session that we had setup in Seattle to time up with his book signing tour for his first book. (video footage of Gary at the Reachd training session)

- Reachd also shot an interview with Gary Vaynerchuk outside of the W Hotel in downtown Seattle the day before the training session.

- In January 2009 I ran into Gary again but this time in New York at the Inman News’ Connect Conference. I was there speaking on a panel and he was the keynote speaker for the event. In the green room after his talk, I was able to catch up with him to chat as well as shoot a video about his thoughts on Reachd.

- Great news, Gary’s new book Crush It! includes a section on Vancouver Realtor Ian Watt. Ian talks about his inclusion in the book in the video below:
