Did You Know? – There’s a fast and easy way to setup custom DNS records for your domain in Ubertor. Within your Ubertor website’s control you can quickly and easily setup A Records, CNAME Records and TXT Records. (This is a somewhat advanced feature, so if you don’t know what any of this means, don’t worry, our team can help you set it up if you need to.)

To find this functionality, click on “setup” and then “domains” within your control panel and on the bottom right you will see the details for creating custom DNS records.

Now, within your Ubertor control panel you can not only link your website up to your Twitter account, but you can now customize the updates that your website posts to Twitter. For a while now, if you have had your Twitter account linked to your Ubertor website every time you added a listing or an open house your website would notify your Twitter followers. Many of our clients love this feature, some wanted to be able to customize the message to their liking. Well, now you can. Within the Twitter tab under “Marketing” you can customize your tweets.

Hello there benschmidt.tv, Fredericton, New Brunswick’s social realtor and really quickly wanna go over some of the aspects that I absolutely love about Ubertor. I know you’d probably come across this video in your information gathering stage whether not Ubertor is the company and product and service that you need for your real estate needs and I’m here to tell you gotta get off the fence, absolutely use Ubertor. They’re phenomenal company and I’ll tell you real quickly what it was that I was looking for in a website company that where I wanted to host my site in. Checkbox number one, was the listings, wanted to make sure that one providing great exposure for my listings and I wanted something that is very user friendly on the back end, something that is very SEO friendly. It’s got multiple picture upload, videos, embedding, and custom pages. It’s got all the things that I was looking for when I wanted to expose my listings so that was number one. Number two for me was the blogging. I generally like to get on maybe for four to five times a week with my video blogs and bringing people up to date with Fredericton market place. If that’s something that you’re looking to do, a big thing is video syndication. Make sure that when you make this video, it gets to where it needs to get to as soon as it possibly can without you multiply uploading your video to a bunch of different sites and Ubertor is absolutely taking care of that for you. Again, that’s got all the textboxes to fill it in and make sure it is very SEO friendly and it’s always gone to youtube and it’s gone to viddler probably the two biggest video sharing sites out there and again they also have combustion video which is Ubertor’s video system. In case anything happening to your videos on youtube or viddler, they’re always there in back up and just recently, they have announced, Ubertor has announced that they are partnering with facebook. And now, you can video syndicate your videos with facebook on your profile page. I gotta tell you just —- the other week, had a couple of videos go up, had a ton more responses per video. And in fact, no where out of a lie, on the very first video that I uploaded, I had an old friend from the past contact me and said “Wow, love your videos. It’s really cool. I have a friend in Fredericton that might be thinking about buying a house real soon.”, sent my contact information to that individual, ultimately they’ve gone in contact with me and cultivated the relationship and hopefully will help this individual get a home soon. I talked about the Ubertor Concierge program a few months ago when the details were being worked out. Well, now we have launched the first official version of the Ubertor Concierge Plan.

You will notice that we have now discontinued the $77/month Premium Plan and have added the $107/month Concierge Plan. (all of those clients on the Premium Plan have been grandfathered into their plan)

My name is Kelley Skar and I’m a realtor here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I just wanted to give a big shout out to Steve Jagger and boys and girls over at Ubertor.com. This is a company that I’ve been using now for the past four months. I’ve got two websites with them and I gotta tell you. They are absolutely fantastic. The product’s fantastic. The people are absolutely great. Really easy to get a hold of. If you have any problems or any issues, whatsoever, all you do is click on that livehelp button and somebody is there just like that. Their back end is extremely easy to navigate. If you’re looking for a company that will allow you to do all of your search engine optimization yourself, they are saving you probably thousand and thousands of dollars. This is the company that will allow you to do that. Also if you’re looking for a company that will allow you just to do a template, they’ve got various, different templates that you can use. But you can also use a list of their approved vendors which I’ve done for two of my websites. I’ll tell you, the vendor that I used, she’s absolutely great. The design came out just perfect and the SEO, I was able to do on my own. Now if you know what you are doing, this is something that you should probably look at doing. And if you don’t know what you are doing then, you know, they are there to help you. They can give you a hand with whatever search engine optimization that you’re having issues with. The last thing that I wanted to say about Ubertor is the video integration that is something that is fairly new to them in terms of now being able to upload on to three different websites from Ubertor itself. So you can upload this video to Ubertor’s back end and if you choose, they will send it out to youtube, it’ll send it out to viddler and it will also send it out to facebook.com. So if you’re looking for a website company that is going to give you maximum value, I would highly highly recommend the product that Steve has put out, Ubertor.com.
