In November 2010 my business partner Mike Stephenson and one of our managers hopped on a flight to Las Vegas to attended the 2 Day Zappos Insights Bootcamp. This bootcamp is setup to show business owners and managers how Zappos built its culture. It includes: Step-by-step instructions to create culture, How to know, live, and track your values, How to deliver WOW service, How to get your customers talking about you, New age effective management techniques and Affordable ways to reward your employees. This event was the second of its kind with the group ending at a party at Tony Hsieh (Zappos‘ founder) residence (which they no longer include in the event).
