When you log into your Ubertor website you will notice a few different things that we just rolled out to this system this afternoon. A big visual difference is that you will notice a website overview box right below the navigation. This box contains a quick visual overview of how your website is doing. It shows you the number of Leads, Active listings, Sold listings, Pages, Blogs, Videos within your website as well as the number of megabytes of video hosted. It is a quick and easy way for you to gage the size and depth of your website. Here is a screenshot from one of our clients websites:

Before, when you uploaded a video into your control panel you could have it syndicate to Combustion Video, Youtube.com, Viddler.com and/or Facebook.com. Now, you have even more control… when choosing to syndicate the video to Facebook, you can choose which Facebook Page you would like it sent to. Perfect for agents that control multiple Facebook Pages.

Video is one of the most powerful tools on the internet. It allows people to not only see and hear you, but it lets them feel your enthusiasm and excitement for whatever it is that you are talking about. That is why I think testimonials are done best on video. Take the time to catch up with your clients and shoot a video testimonial (ideally right when you complete a transaction with them).
