I arrived back home from RETechSouth.com last night. #RESTO as it is referred to in Twitter is a real estate conference held in Atlanta, Georgia with a technology focus. RETechSouth.com is put on by Brad Nix and Mike Pennington along with a crew of volunteers working to make the event run smoothly.

I was invited to come down to the conference and speak on the topic of “Outsourcing For Realtors“. It was a great session with lots of agents eager to learn more about using labour from outside of their office, city and country. I have been to quite a few real estate conferences in the past few years and one thing I noticed about this one was the number of people that are utilizing social media. RETechSouth was truly a gathering of technically engaged agents. Fantastic to see!
