For Ubertor websites that have “autofill categories” (AFCs) there is a new feature available that will showcase the listings nicely on a Google Map. This is a fantastic way to show these AFC listings in a different view so that your clients can actually see where they are in the specific neighbourhood.

For example, have a looked at Calgary Realtor Kelley Skar’s website. He has broken out specific areas to showcase their listings. In this case, we are looking at “Country Hills Real Estate” from the list view:

If the user clicks on map view, the same listings are showcased on a Google Map so that the user can navigate around the map to see where each property is.

Andrea Shillington with BrandsForThePeople.com shot a video today talking about Realtor branding. Andrea has a new e-book out called “5 Secrets to Branding Your Business From the Heart“. Check it out! Lots of agents are in the process of working on their plans for 2012, this is a great time to think about your brand and her e-book is a great place to start.

Twitter launched a new feature that makes it quick and easy to embed Tweets into your website. Just click on the tweet that you want to embed and you will see the word “embed”. Click that, and the code is right there. Here is an embedded tweet about our upcoming webinar:

I’m a bit bias of course, but I think Kevin is a great example of how someone new to a sport (or a new Realtor) can use the internet to standout.
