Ubertor has come up with an easy way to post your listings on your Properties page to your Facebook Page for all users on the $57.00, $107.00 (Concierge), and $129.99 (Extreme Design) plans. The tool is simple and easy to use, and allows you to show all your properties on your Facebook Page.

The tool is easy to use and you can have your listings on your Facebook Page in 6 easy steps:

1. Request the feature be turned on by our  Live Help.
2. Click the Marketing tab in your control panel.
3. Click Facebook.
4. Click the Facebook logo.
5. Pair and authorize Ubertor to your Facebook Page.
6. Choose which Facebook Page you want your listings to syndicate to.

I noticed that Ubertor Approved Vendor Mike Blaney has redesigned his company website and it is looking great. Mike has been an Ubertor Approved Vendor for years and has worked with hundreds of Ubertor clients. Check out the new look of Mike’s site:

UberConcierge is a new service that combines the value of having an assistant with the benefits of having a team. UberConcierge lets you delegate tasks to them so that you can do more of what you do best – sell real estate! UberConcierge can post listings to Kijiji, do data entry work, graphics work plus much more. For $500/month you get 50 hours of tasks completed! Now within your Ubertor website you can enable Google+ sharing. It works the same way the Twitter and Facebook integration work. Just click on “marketing” then “social networks” to enable Google+ within your Ubertor website. Once you have enabled it, the Google+ icon will show up on your listings, solds and blog posts. I saw this video on Facebook today from Ubertor client Martell Realty, a Moncton, NB real estate brokerage and home builder. What do you think about their Guaranteed Sale offer? I have heard of other Realtors doing this (ie. the agent will buy the house if not sold in xx days), but I have not seen it from a builder and brokerage working together.
