My name is Kelley Skar and I’m a realtor here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I just wanted to give a big shout out to Steve Jagger and boys and girls over at Ubertor.com. This is a company that I’ve been using now for the past four months. I’ve got two websites with them and I gotta tell you. They are absolutely fantastic. The product’s fantastic. The people are absolutely great. Really easy to get a hold of. If you have any problems or any issues, whatsoever, all you do is click on that livehelp button and somebody is there just like that. Their back end is extremely easy to navigate. If you’re looking for a company that will allow you to do all of your search engine optimization yourself, they are saving you probably thousand and thousands of dollars. This is the company that will allow you to do that. Also if you’re looking for a company that will allow you just to do a template, they’ve got various, different templates that you can use. But you can also use a list of their approved vendors which I’ve done for two of my websites. I’ll tell you, the vendor that I used, she’s absolutely great. The design came out just perfect and the SEO, I was able to do on my own. Now if you know what you are doing, this is something that you should probably look at doing. And if you don’t know what you are doing then, you know, they are there to help you. They can give you a hand with whatever search engine optimization that you’re having issues with. The last thing that I wanted to say about Ubertor is the video integration that is something that is fairly new to them in terms of now being able to upload on to three different websites from Ubertor itself. So you can upload this video to Ubertor’s back end and if you choose, they will send it out to youtube, it’ll send it out to viddler and it will also send it out to facebook.com. So if you’re looking for a website company that is going to give you maximum value, I would highly highly recommend the product that Steve has put out, Ubertor.com. Steve Hamre of RE/MAX Metro City Realty Ltd. OTTAWA and his team were in Banff a few weeks ago for the RE/MAX Canada Conference. Steve had a chance to get up in front of the crowd (picture) to speak about the marketing tools that him and his team use to promote their real estate business. I’m very pleased with how my Ubertor experience has gone thus far. It was very easy to put my website together and I love its consistency on all browsers. It’s a HUGE advantage to have a website that is accessible from blackberry’s, iphones etc. There were a few bumps on the way but Uber Christian and Uber Bryan were there to help. Its things like that, that sets you apart from the rest of the website companies out there (and something I tell all onlinephobia Realtors)

Uber Bryan really went the extra mile when I was having “DNS pointing issues.” Not only did he guide me through the problem step by step, he also explained the reality of it… he even offered to email the “problem company” all in an effort to remedy the problem.

As many of you know, here at Ubertor, we are very excited about online video and have been for quite some time. From our initial push of giving Flip Video Cameras away free at Christmas in 2007 to some lucky Ubertor clients, to the video syndication that we added in August 2008, to the addition of Video training to our sister company Reachd.com.

Today, we are launching the next part of our video feature set. Within the video tab in your Ubertor website you can not only syndicate your videos to YouTube and Viddler but now, you can use our own video player called “Combustion Video” to showcase your videos in a clean, crisp format.

Why did we do this?
Some of our clients have had their videos shut down from video players due to their real estate or commercial content. Some video players do not like real estate content or in some cases anything commercial. We had many clients have this problem. So, we have built our own platform that allows our clients to upload videos without the worrying about being shut down for posting their listings, commentary or real estate related content.

Secondly as much as my www.NinaCampbell.ca site was never the same after the restructure of Ubertor, I have always thought your concept was excellent, no comparison in quality to the other Real Estate web sites. When I wanted to create this new PRATraining site I only thought of using Ubertor because of the freedom and ability it gives me from the admin page. …This Thursday I start the “Reachd Rash of condensed learning” I am on twitter etc but I have to get on board and be out there for today’s demographics with V-blogs etc…thank-you for your diligence in making small business owner’s lives so much easier and creating the road for all of us to follow with easy to use applications and tools.
