Reachd ran another video training yesterday. They started the workshop by shooting a quick video of the participants that volunteered to say hi. Interesting, almost half of the participants were Realtors and the only ones that wanted to be part of the video were the Realtors.
Site of the Week - kitsilanohouses.com from Victor on Vimeo.
Kitsilanohouses.com is owned and operated by Marty Pospischil, he specializes in properties in the Kitsilano area in Vancouver, BC. With a Google Rank of 2/10 and an Alexa Rank of 10,849,464 (What is an Alexa Rank?), kitsilanohouses.com provides up to date listing information on the Kitsilano neighbourhood in Vancouver, BC, showing all houses for sale and provides great content about the Kitsilano neighborhood. The home page is set apart for the competition by the great banner designs by Marty’s personal designer and the feature listing module from Ubertor is a great way to attract new visitors to the listing on the site.
This video is linked from an ad on Trulia that Mike is running. It is a great video and explains quickly what he won, how it worked and then plays the winning video. Worth the 5 minutes and 39 seconds it takes to watch it.

Rodney posted this to the Reachd blog a few hours ago. I asked him how many spots are left and he said only a couple. If you’re interested, get in touch with Rodney for the few remaining spots.
Have you attended the Reachd training but want a little one on one help?
Maybe you’ve not attended but have some serious SEO Question or Adwords question you need to ask?
If that is you, you are in luck. I’m blocking off my whole day on Friday July 18th just for you.
I will be at Ragin Bean Coffee Shop in Yaletown from 8am - 4pm and you can book one hour of my time.
The 4 slots are already booked, but if you’d like to grab one of the other hours available please let me know via email. My email address is rodney@reachd.com
What can we accomplish in one hour?
– Here is what I’m doing a 3pm with one client. We are going to do a little basic seo overview and then take a closer look at one of her competitor’s sites to see why they are ranking so well for her keyword. From there we will put together a plan that she can use to start ranking better online and get some results. Can we accomplish all that in an hour? Yes… I will be hyped up on caffeine at that point in the day so I will have the heightened awareness I need to get things done!
Seriously, most people tell us that the one on one time is one of the most valuable investments they make. You will have my complete attention and can ask me any question about your business or your website.
The cost to book an hour with me is $100 / please email me if you are interested in securing a one on one session
Thanks

Today is the day of the iPhone launch world wide. Finally Canada has this coveted phone that does not need to be hacked and unlocked. At Ubertor we bought the first generation iPhone the day it came out. We bought them in Los Angeles and had to hack them to get them to work on the Fido network. Now today, finally, we can upgrade our phones and use them with full functions on the Rogers/Fido network.
Are you getting an iPhone for your real estate business? Let me know why or why not in the comments.
UPDATE:
First in British Columbia to get an iPhone
Apple system crashing, Rogers has people leaving stores.
