I saw this video on Facebook today from Ubertor client Martell Realty, a Moncton, NB real estate brokerage and home builder. What do you think about their Guaranteed Sale offer? I have heard of other Realtors doing this (ie. the agent will buy the house if not sold in xx days), but I have not seen it from a builder and brokerage working together.
