This week’s site of the week is Andrewcarros.com. The website has a Google page rank of 2/10 and an Alexa rank (What is the Alexa Rank?) of 12,959,041.

For those of you who do not know Andrew Carros he is a Realtor based in Vancouver who specializes in selling attached and detached homes. He is also part of a group called The Carros Group alongside his partners Greg and David.

The custom design of the site follows the Sothebys branding. Great work with the slideshow and the high definition photos! He is taking advantage of the open house feature built into the Ubertor sytem.

Great information about The Carros Group and about Andrew is found throughout the site. You can see the great quality of pictures used in the site. Great photos and a very nice copy.

Another thing I like about the site is his Projects page. He is showcasing developments all across Canada. When you click on these links you’ll get these nice logos, photos and details. If you go down to where it says request info, your default email program will pop up for you to email him your questions about the project.

This week’s site of the week (SOW) is Anne Marie and Roland Lewis’, Rolandlewis.com. The website has a Google Rank of 2/10 and an Alexa  Rank of 2,826,743.

There are a few reasons why this site, made this week’s SOW. The first, is the fresh and clean design by KuniDesign.com. Kuni has proved week after week, that his CSS skills are not to be messed with. The second, is the amount of content Anne Marie and Roland Lewis have on their home page. They exceed the 250 word minimum expected by Google, and they also provide detailed information on North, West, and Downtown Vancouver. The third, is a simple fact that the website clearly shows how the team will market your listings online. Finally, Anne Marie and Roland show their understanding of what a blog truly is. They utilize Ubertor’s blog for their listings, and have created a custom blog to share their knowledge of the Real Estate Market.

Knowledgeable, Fresh, and Unique describes this week’s SOW.

This week’s SOW award winner is ruthannewinter.com. The website has a Google Rank of 0/10 and an Alexa Rank of 3,440,544 (What is an Alexa Rank?).

Ruth Anne and her team specializes in Oakville, Burlington and surrounding areas. Ruth has a great flash slideshow on her homepage where she uses high quality pics. Kudos to Dara and Realty Support for the great design. I have to say I was really impressed with the One Eleven Forsythe page design. Good constrast, great photos and good copy on that particular page.

Overall, Ruth has done an awesome job with this website. Keep up the good work!

This week’s SOW goes to Ian Watt’s, Vancouver-Condo.ca. The website has a Google Rank of 2/10 and an Alexa Rank of 1,433,568 (What is an Alexa Rank?).

As many of you know, Ian is a Vancouver Realtor that specializes in condo sales. To promote his business, Ian has created a niche website that caters specifically to condo sales in downtown Vancouver. Surrounding sub-areas, Gastown, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, Westend, and Citygate have also been included. Ian’s use of the widget tool, has pushed his website forward, highlighting important points like his video blog and the Vancouver Real Estate Technology Meet-Up. To make it easy for his visitors to access his main website; Ian has provided 2 links in his navigation bar to access his primary site IanWatt.ca.

Overall, Ian has done a fantastic job with this niche website. Keep up the great work Ian.

Ryan Lalonde and Ryan Hawk are Realtors specializing in the Vancouver real estate market.

The site has a Google Page rank of 2 and an Alexa rank of 4,306,447.

This site is a great site because of it’s clean attractive design. The home page is has some great features such as Ubertor’s featured listing, testimonials littered through out, and a cool google map.

Next, this site has tons of great information for potential buyers on neighborhoods, and specific buildings which will help with search engine optimization.

They also have a very active blog which covers a variety of topics relating to houses and condos.

They have customized and designed their website with the expert help of Kuni from kunidesign.com. You’ll see a colorful site that looks fresh and clean making good usage of Fonts, Graphic Design, Photography and Copywriting. She is using YouTube videos and google apps to make the site a bit more interactive and she’s effectively syndicating content to reach more ground.

Hey everyone! Don’t think we forgot about this week’s Site of the Week (SOW). Kudos to Shaun Kimmins for being this week’s Ubertor SOW.

Shaun Kimmins is a Realtor that specializes in selling Condos in the Vancouver, British Columbia area. Shaun provides great information on the downtown vancouver area. This is his main site, which he also links to his niche market sites.

He has designed the website professionally, adding his Condo TV show to it, taking advantage of Ubertor’s video capability allowing more interactivity between him and his team and the visitors.

One nice option is feeding his blog posts through Feedburner’s free Email Subscription Service. Other Sites of the Week, such as ThinkTom.com have also joined the group of Ubertor sites taking advantage of this free service.

Great looks, good content and practical functionality describes Shaunkimmins.com.

Ubertor’s Site of the Week is BrendaRussell.ca The website has a Google Rank of 2/10 and an Alexa Rank of 5,059,491 (What is an Alexa Rank?).

Brenda Russell is a Realtor that specializes in the Oak Bay, British Columbia area. Brenda provides great information on the Oak Bay and Fairfield area and an updated page dedicated to Oak Bay properties.

She has designed the website professionally, adding her Real Estate Channel video on her home page for her visitors and clients to see. Her addition of videos, and podcasts compliment the site very nicely allowing for more interactivity between her and the visitor.

This weeks Ubertor site of the week is Tokase.com. Stephen Berman is a realtor based in the Los Cabos, Baja California Area.

Tokase.com has a Google Page Rank of 0 (What is Google Page Rank?) and an Alexa Rank of 5,415,030 (What is an Alexa Rank?).

The first thing you notice when you type the in their domain is the attractive Flash splash screen they use as an intro. Splash Pages are great for offline driven sites, meaning their ads and target for driving traffic to the site will be made offline.

Attractive flash banners and a very organized flash menu adds interactivity and personality to the site. Their copywrite is very good and the pages are displayed nicely. Carefully adding flash banners matching their criteria, Tokase is a nice site to visit to look for properties and to learn about Los Cabos.

There is plenty of information covering investing in the niche market area, finance and mortgage.
