The first thing you notice when you type the in their domain is the attractive Flash splash screen they use as an intro. Splash Pages are great for offline driven sites, meaning their ads and target for driving traffic to the site will be made offline.

Attractive flash banners and a very organized flash menu adds interactivity and personality to the site. Their copywrite is very good and the pages are displayed nicely. Carefully adding flash banners matching their criteria, Tokase is a nice site to visit to look for properties and to learn about Los Cabos.

There is plenty of information covering investing in the niche market area, finance and mortgage.

This weeks Ubertor site of the week is Thinktom.com. Tom and Kerrie are realtors in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Thinktom.com has a Google Page Rank of 2 (what is google page rank) and an alexa rank of 7,470,571 (what is alexa rank).

The first thing you notice on the homepage is an attractive Flash Banner that makes you want to see what else is in their website.

If you scroll down the page, you will see that Tom is using Viddler to produce a daily real estate show. These are great because they are funny and informative and let you see some of Tom’s personality. Now, it will be even easier to add and syndicate his videos with Ubertors new video syndication tool.

There is plenty of information in the site for sellers and buyers that will help in the search engine rankings.

Lastly, you can find out personal info about Tom on his site, like his favorite charity and that he and Karrie have a book for sale.

Tim Ayres is a Realtor that specializes in the Sooke, British Columbia area. Tim’s website is a great resource for information on Sooke and properties available in the Sooke area.

Video is a quick and easy way to get your message across on your website. Tim utilizes video by posting an introductory video on his website, giving the visitor a quick overview of what they can expect from him and his site. I also found Tim’s personalized blog very interesting …and a little humorous. The “Horrible MLS Photo” of the day is a unique and clever way to capture an audience. Have you heard of Twitter? If not, check it out. Tim allows his visitors and clients to follow him throughout the day through his own Twitter profile.

This weeks Ubertor site of the week is Rodney Barlett’s Bridgechuch.ca, a church in the Kitsilano neighborhood of Vancouver .

Rodney is the lead instructor at Reachd.com. Rodney has created a site for his Vancouver based church, specifically located in the Kitsilano neighborhood. The page has a Google page rank of 2 (what is Google Page Rank?) and an Alexa Rank of 5,148,615 (What is an alexa rank?).

When I first came to the site, the first thing I noticed was the amount of content the site has. There’s plenty of content starting from the people that lead the congregation, their beliefs, Ebooks, up to maps that show you other churches in the area. They’ve taken advantage of the ability to embed videos and photo libraries to the pages to maximize the functionality of each page.

The homepage serves as a showcase to the latest news and events. They’ve added custom banners to almost every page making every page unique. The site is maintained by volunteers from the church and this can show you the flexibility and ease of use of the Ubertor System.

Rodney, apart from being an Instructor at Reachd.com, is also a musician and leads the music during Sunday morning Worship services.

This weeks Ubertor site of the week is Jim Duncan’s realcentralvarealestate.com.

Jim is a realtor in Charlottesville Virginia and is an ecobroker. His site has a google page rank of 4 (what is Google Page Rank) and an alexa rank of 3,337,662 (What is an alexa rank).

The first thing I noticed about the site is the sheer volume of information it has, by the time i finished going through the site I felt as though I knew all I needed to know about Charlottesville to move there and feel like part of the communities.

I like the home page because of the inviting custom banner and that they are using Ubertor’s featuring listings to showcase their listings. They have a lot of fresh content featured on the home page from their word press blog and something about themselves. This is great because the always have new content but it’s still has a personal touch.

I also like the fact that Jim is an ecobroker and specialize in that are energy efficient yet still comfortable, and safe home.

Lastly, I like the that the site has links to a lot af great resources like local school, government, Utilities, and Tax information.

With a Google Rank of 4/10 and an Alexa Rank of 2,081,567 (What is Alexa Rank?) , Sandiegocastles.com provides detailed information on San Diego communities, and the type of properties for sale in any given area. With the use of an IDX Listings Search with their Ubertor website, Kris and Steve are able to show their visitors and clients, where a property is for sale, and all the details surrounding that specific property.

The website offers a great design by Kuni using flash in both video and animation formats. Jacky and Jeff use three unique lead capture contact forms: BOOK A SHOWING, PROPERTY ALERTS and KITSTRACKER. Kitscondos.ca has also integrated Google Maps in many of their pages adding interactivity to it. Their listings are intelligently categorized making it a lot easier for visitors to look through their online listing availability.

Fresh, up to date and easy are the three words that describe this week’s Site of the Week.

Reid Dewson and Ed Gramauskas, owners of loftsvancouver.com, are Realtors that specialize in the sale of lofts in Vancouver. Loftsvancouver.com currently has an Alexa rank of 1,584,831. What is Alexa Rank?

They are currently listing the last ten home in the Pure building at 1252 hornby street.

Reid and Ed have created a site with a unique design that helps set them apart from other Realtors. If we look in the site we find great info on loft lifestyle, what is a loft and the different kinds of lofts. This extra content helps them achieve high rankings on search engines like Google and Yahoo. They have a great introductory video that helps the visitor get to know the team at Lofts Vancouver. Hopefully, we will see more of Reid and Ed now that Ubertor has Youtube and Vimeo integration.Their interesting map search takes you to all the listings in a specific neighborhood adding to the ease of use and customer experence.
